Send Email Messages
Send email messages right from ArtBase. Also send "form emails", attach images and ".pdf" files, or integrate with your favorite email applications like MS Outlook, Entourage and Mac Mail.
Attach Images to Email
Attach images to email messages right from your ArtBase inventory. Quickly and easily send pictures of your artwork to potential clients as JPEGs or nice looking PDFs with your personal letterhead included. You can also attach any list, fact sheet, invoice, consignment, report or any printable document to an email.
ArtBase Kiosk
New! ArtBase add-on feature, ArtBase Kiosk, allows you to designate any computer in the gallery to kiosk mode, which allows clients to browse the artwork records you designate as viewable by them. They will be able to see, search and peruse your art in a very easy to use and elegantly displayed interface. Set up a designated computer in the gallery space, or turn any machine into a temporary kiosk at the touch of a button. (Additional fees apply.)

Easily send email lists from your ArtBase Rolodex into any HTML email program that you use.
Imaging Tools
ArtBase creates and stores multiple versions of every image you manage. ArtBase allows users to import unlimited JPEGs for any artwork for easy management of “digital assets.” Whenever an image is needed – a thumbnail or screen-resolution JPEG for your website or for an email, or a high-quality printable version – ArtBase has it ready to go. No need to spend extra time resizing your images for email purposes. ArtBase does it for you automatically.
QuickBooks Integration (compatible with QuickBooks for Windows only - see Support>Requirements)
Transfer all invoices, receivables, payables, bills and payment information into QuickBooks from ArtBase. This solution is customized specifically to how you use QuickBooks. (Additional fees apply.)
Attach Incoming Documents
ArtBase lets you attach any kind of document -- image, MS Word or Excel, video, PDF -- to ArtBase records. Attach a copy of an invoice to a client's record or an appraisal or certificate to an artwork's record.
Invoicing and Consigning
Just select the work(s) and choose "Invoice" or "Consign". ArtBase automatically updates each artwork and contact record. Features include currency conversions, Pro-forma invoices, shipping and customs forms. ArtBase monitors all your accounts receivable and payable.
Letters, Faxes & Email
ArtBase automates and cross-references every letter, fax and email. Just type it up and print it, fax it or send it. ArtBase fills in all the contact's info and automatically saves/files your correspondence. Not only can you find saved correspondence by contact, but by references in the text (e.g.: all letters that mention Picasso). Every person in the gallery's correspondence is organized together so that nothing is ever lost, and so that it's easier to get a big picture of a client's history.
Lists
Whether you want a list of owned inventory, a front desk list with images, or a list of contacts in Paris for your trip to FIAC, it's as simple as typing one or two words and clicking one or two buttons. ArtBase saves every list you make.
Financial Reports
ArtBase allows you to generate reports to monitor sales and payables, profits and sales tax. Also print statements for past-due invoices & artist/consignor statements and integrate with QuickBooks.
Library
A dedicated library file lets you catalog and track your catalogues raisonné, artist bios, museum catalogs, reference books, auction catalogs and all related materials by category, subject, author, publisher, value, etc. This feature of ArtBase allows you to search your library without leaving your desk and simplifies research by generating lists and reports. You can even lend books to others.
Offers & Requests
This feature simplifies sales tracking by allowing you to monitor works offered and requested. Reports aid in matching people with the art they want.
Hard Copies
Using ArtBase as your master copy, you can print an inventory book with pictures, rolodex cards or FiloFax pages for use at home or on the road.
Offers and Visuals
ArtBase cross-references every offer you make, and tracks every visual, pdf or JPEG you send out. ArtBase makes sure you never offer the same work to the same person twice and lets you generate reports on what you've offered to whom.
Bar Coding
