    The Rolodex is your contacts file.  It allows you to track clients as well as everyone else you do business with.

    Folder tabs cross-reference everything you do with ease and clarity. Checkboxes and saved found sets allow you to set your own searchable groups and categories.

    Store unlimited phone numbers, email addresses and web addresses.  Click on an email to email that person. Click on a web address to open their website in a browser. Click on the "Map" button to open a map of their address.

    All of the information for your artwork is easily viewed and edited in this screen. Click on the image to see a larger version or to view and import unlimited mulitple views (detail, installation shots, etc) of it.  Tabs at the bottom allow you to quickly view details about the financials, location of the piece, etc.

    The Inventory Table provides a "spreadsheet" view where you an scroll, view and edit.    		  

  • Imaging

    ArtBase can store unlimited JPEG images for each artwork.  Import a nice large 300 dpi JPEG and ArtBase automatically resizes that image for you for emailing and web purposes.  When emailing an image out of ArtBase choose small, medium or large screen resolution sizes, the original printable size, or a nice looking PDF with your letterhead included.

  • Financials

    Financial details can be stored including who you will owe money to when you sell a piece, how much you bought it for (even in additional currencies), appraisal information, price history (every time you change a price ArtBase records it), sales history and statements history (when you pay your artist or consignor.)

    ArtBase even does all the math for you so you don't have to figure out what you owe your artists or consignors.
